I’ve spent a lifetime caring for others, creating, questioning, surviving, and beginning again. My path has taken me through nursing, hospice care, diabetes advocacy, music, writing, and the deeply human work of sitting with people through change. But the titles are not who I am. They are simply some of the roads that brought me here. Today, I bring those lived experiences together to create spaces where people can exhale, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the roles, expectations, and stories they’ve carried.
